Today Kwale Water and Sewerage Company together with the Water Services Trust Fund launched the Mkwakwani-Kona ya Musa water project funded by the Water Services Trust Fund.
The project aims at connecting the residents of Magutu village to clean piped water as the current pipeline is not accessible to them.
The residents of Magutu were also sensitized on the steps to follow in order to get connected once the project is complete.
The Water Services Trust Fund team later visited the Mabokoni Treatment Plant.
The event was graced by the Board of Trustees chairman Water Services Trust Fund, CEO and part of Water Services Trust Fund management members, MD KWAWASCO and Senior Managers, Sub chief, village Administrator and Magutu residents.
